Zaloba Service Agreement Draft

Draft for legal review • Provider: Lienskill Limited

Legal review required: This page is a structured draft. It does not create an SLA, availability guarantee, liability term, or final contractual commitment.

1. Contracting Parties & Purpose

This Service Agreement ("Agreement") establishes the terms of service delivery between Lienskill Limited ("Provider", "we") and the individuals or commercial organizations ("Customer", "User", "you") accessing or utilizing the Zaloba software ecosystem.

The purpose of this draft is to organize possible service boundaries and user responsibilities for later legal review.

2. Scope of Service Delivery

The product is planned around the following surfaces; actual availability depends on the current release and approved service contracts:

  • Public Documentation Portal: Hosted at zaloba.lienskill.com providing feature guides, security declarations, and support resources.
  • Browser Workspace Application: Hosted at web.zaloba.lienskill.com for the communications experience. Browser activation remains gated until its approved authentication flow is available.
  • Supporting services: Product services may provide messaging, Status, and related transport functions as those capabilities are released and validated.

3. Technical Security Standards

The following are design principles, not final contractual guarantees:

  • Public endpoints are intended to use encrypted transport.
  • Browser activation will require an approved authentication contract before real-user use.
  • Calling, conference, media-relay, and session-revocation commitments are not made by this draft.

4. Service Commitments & Maintenance

This draft makes no continuous-availability, response-time, or maintenance-window commitment.

5. User Identity & Operational Responsibilities

Users are assigned a unique 16-digit Zaloba Number. Users are solely responsible for:

  • Ensuring their primary mobile device is safeguarded against unauthorized physical access.
  • Disconnecting active sessions on untrusted or shared web terminals.
  • Adhering to acceptable use principles and respecting intellectual property laws.

6. Inquiries and Notices

Formal communications under this Agreement shall be directed to:
